Every service is planned with one goal in mind - to get the most out of our time in God's presence for every person who is there, no matter what age they are or where they are in their walk with the Lord. Each service is organized with each member of the family in mind. We trust the Holy Spirit to direct and order our services in such a way that each member of your family will leave, receiving something from God and His Word.
This is our main service of the week. We call it our Celebration Service because we come together to celebrate what God has done in our lives during the week before. Our Sunday morning service starts at 10 am. We have a lively time of worship with modern songs and choruses which is followed by an encouraging and powerful message from God's Word. We have nursery and Super Church for children of all ages during this service.
This service on Wednesday night, at 7:00 pm, is what we call family night, because there is a group for each member of the family. For mom and dad we have Bible Study. A concentrated time in God's Word based on a topical or themed study either in a book or a situation of modern life. For the teens, we have youth group. Our youth group meets at the Collings Lakes School on Cains Mill Road. This consists of a game time, and a study of God's Word geared toward the pressures of life that each teen faces. This is for grades 6 to 12. Finally for the kids, we have AWANA Kids Club. AWANA Club has been around for a very long time. Children love the action and the fun all the while they are learning and memorizing the Word of God.
Sunday School is a great time to study the Word of God in a small Group setting. Our adult Sunday School class meets every Sunday mornign before church at 9:00 am. There is coffee and snacks available for those who attend.
Our Care Groups are not in operation right now, but they will be meeting on the different nights of the week during the second week of each month. Our Care Groups meet in the homes of people in your community. Each one takes on a different feel and look as they are involved in the life of the community that they are in. Care Groups are a great way to meet people in your community and to get involved in what is happening where you live.
